Sales Assistant

Job overview

The Sales Assistant role is onsite and field-based in Portland, OR, with a schedule of 2:00–6:00 p.m. Tuesday–Friday and 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday. Compensation is $16.80 per hour plus commission opportunities and possible performance incentives. Integrity Roofing & Construction provides roofing and exterior restoration services to homeowners in the Pacific Northwest. The role generates homeowner leads and schedules free roof and exterior inspections, helping the sales team connect homeowners with inspection and restoration services. By engaging residents, tracking appointments, and supporting sales representatives, the assistant helps build the branch’s pipeline and develops sales skills through coaching and training.

What you'll do

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
• speak with homeowners about roofing and exterior needs
• schedule free inspections and consultations
• explain storm damage, insurance restoration options, and inspection services
• support sales representatives by helping maintain their calendars
• track activity and appointments
• distribute marketing materials
• report daily activity and results to sales leadership.
