The Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations role is hybrid in Kirkland, WA, with three days in the Seattle headquarters office and two days remote. Compensation is stated as $200,000–$240,000 OTE. Yoodli is an AI-powered experiential learning platform using AI roleplays to support communication practice and learning. Reporting to the CRO, the director leads revenue strategy, planning, and operations to help the revenue organization make data-informed decisions and execute them. The role owns business planning rhythms, analytics and insights, territory and coverage design, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Own the go-to-market business cadence and reviews
• partner with the CRO on revenue organization structure and investment decisions
• frame and drive data-supported decisions through execution
• establish customer master data and design territories
• model quota and compensation scenarios
• enable forecast cadence
• oversee Revenue Systems leadership and hire a Senior Revenue Analyst
• partner with Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, sales leadership, and founders.
