What you'll do

• Coordinate industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout
• manage study visits and protocol activities
• support recruitment, retention, outreach, informed consent, and enrollment tracking
• conduct protocol-required visits, assessments, and permitted procedures
• process specimens and shipments
• maintain source records, consent forms, CTMS updates, and case report forms
• resolve data queries
• communicate with participants and study partners
• support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
• review safety reports
• maintain study supplies and equipment
• contribute to process improvement and participant protections.
