The Adjunct Faculty, Physical Assessment Lecture and Integration Lab role is onsite at NHTI–Concord’s Community College in Concord, NH. Compensation is $850–$1,000 per credit, based on adjunct faculty rank. The instructor supports NHTI’s paramedic program through Physical Assessment and Integration Lab I courses. The role also includes student feedback, progress records, and maintaining accessible course materials in the college learning management system.

What you'll do

  • Teach assigned courses using provided curriculum and materials aligned with program, state, and national standards
  • facilitate discussions, assignments, and assessments
  • provide feedback to students and program leadership
  • maintain student progress records
  • maintain courses in the learning management system in compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG
  • and maintain professional currency and compliance with college policies.

Why this role

Requires at least an associate degree in nursing, health, education, emergency medicine, or a related field; at least two years’ experience as a paramedic, nurse, or advanced medical provider; and relevant licensure. Paramedic applicants must have or be willing to obtain EMS Instructor I certification within one year. Must reside in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT. Schedule is Tuesdays, 8–10 a.m. lecture and 2–6 p.m. lab, with no flexibility for rotating schedules.
