Transportation Technician

What you'll do

• Transport patients to and from the facility for medical appointments, court appearances, airport pickups, and external support services
• provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• assist clients with mobility, luggage, or emotional needs
• coordinate schedules
• document mileage, trip sheets, and attendance
• respond to cancellations, delays, and emergencies
• perform vehicle safety checks and routine maintenance
• report vehicle issues
• maintain clean vehicles
• follow driving regulations, HIPAA confidentiality standards, patient-safety guidelines, and facility protocols
• and report incidents or behavioral concerns.
