What you'll do

• Reconcile daily Toast sales, card batches, fees, cash, gift cards, and tips
• track catering deposits and issue final invoices
• code vendor invoices and run weekly payments
• manage semi-monthly payroll
• close books by the 10th business day with reconciliations, accruals, and P&Ls
• handle sales tax filings, 1099s, CPA schedules, and internal controls
• take over the QuickBooks file and set up the Osteria’s books.
