What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for group bookings and coordinate inquiries, proposals, contracts, and events
• develop guest relationships and community partnerships
• coordinate local events, tradeshows, and community engagement
• maintain promotional materials, menus, and signage with Corporate Marketing
• provide administrative support
• support social media content
• prepare proposals and presentations with the resort Sales Team
• compile reports
• assist with familiarization trips and site inspections as required
• monitor and respond to reviews and feedback.
