What you'll do

• Lead, coach, onboard, and hold Brand Ambassadors accountable
• build relationships with store and district managers and retail associates
• analyze leads, appointments, conversion, and store performance
• create action plans for underperforming stores
• coach lead-capture and appointment-setting practices
• train store associates to identify remodeling opportunities
• coordinate scheduling and store coverage
• report results to leadership.
