What you'll do
- Lead daily 7:00 AM field huddles
- conduct technician ride-alongs and job-site quality checks
- coach service quality, productivity, customer experience, and sales performance
- hire, train, develop, and manage employees
- review performance data and turn it into coaching
- respond to customer concerns
- support schedules, vehicles, equipment, and field operations
- follow up on driver and vehicle safety alerts
- partner with ownership on team development and operational goals.
