• Appear in court as scheduled
• review new claims for legal and procedural compliance
• review and approve pleadings
• draft motions and responses
• argue contested motions and handle assigned trials and arbitrations
• communicate with opposing counsel
• prepare and respond to discovery
• oversee counterclaims.
