What you'll do

• Develop performance indicators with department leadership
• review quality assurance results, incident reports, grievances, and appeals
• measure outcomes
• verify provider processes for background checks and credentials
• analyze cases and performance data for deficiencies and trends
• support provider quality improvement
• recommend and execute solutions
• maintain provider relationships
• monitor responses to client concerns
• review billing records with Finance
• produce performance reports
• collaborate on training
• maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies and standards.
