Lacrosse Coach — Weekday Afternoons

The Lacrosse Coach role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with pay of $25 per hour. It is a part-time position leading weekday-afternoon classes for children in grades 1–5. B.E.S.T. aims to create confident kids through positive sports experiences. The coach teaches age-appropriate lacrosse fundamentals and keeps students active and engaged. The role supports children’s skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and confidence in a positive class environment.

What you'll do

• Lead one-hour lacrosse classes for students in grades 1–5
• teach fundamentals through drills, activities, and games
• demonstrate techniques and explain skills at an age-appropriate level
• manage the group and maintain an organized class environment
• encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and confidence
• follow the B.E.S.T. curriculum and coaching expectations
• communicate with parents, staff, and school or community partners
• arrive 30 minutes before class and stay 10 minutes afterward for paid preparation and cleanup
• set up and put away equipment.

Why this role

A valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, valid driver's license, and reliable personal vehicle are required. Must be able to travel to assigned program locations, participate in physical activities, and lift and transport up to 40 pounds.
