Senior Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee tenant and capital improvement projects, including permits, submittals, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
• Develop budgets and bids, coordinate contract documents and project awards, manage expenditures, support tenant space planning, process invoices, enforce contracts, coordinate closeout, and review cash flow forecasts and draws.
