What you'll do
- Coordinate MEP engineering across construction phases
- review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- collaborate with project stakeholders
- oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout
- conduct site visits and inspections
- resolve design conflicts through BIM coordination and clash detection
- monitor schedules, budgets, and performance
- support procurement
- ensure code and safety compliance
- prepare reports and project documentation
