What you'll do

• Provide technical and commercial input for executive strategy
• complete technical and financial modeling
• develop high-level work plans for technical gaps, resources, and timelines. Coordinate potential technology partners and manage agreements with leadership and outside counsel. Lead federal funding proposals, compliance, and reporting. Work with technical teams and attorneys on inventions, patent applications, export-control documents, and patent portfolio decisions. Conduct competitive analysis and technology scouting and develop IP-protection policies, procedures, and training.
