What you'll do

• Serve as the ServiceNow technical authority for the claims platform
• design claims data models, workflows, case structures, and automation
• define technical standards and patterns
• develop ServiceNow scripts and reusable components
• review and guide implementation
• lead technical design sessions
• design and implement Integration Hub integrations and data pipelines
• support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• contribute to SDLC practices
• mentor developers and partner with engineering, product, and the software integrator.
