What you'll do

• Oversee clinical, financial, environmental, and human-resource functions for the emergency department
• serve as a clinical resource and liaison with medical staff
• develop, implement, and evaluate department policies and procedures
• manage operations within budget
• ensure regulatory compliance
• lead recruiting, hiring, orientation, education, evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
