What you'll do

• Build and improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, systems, and vendor partnerships
• lead intake meetings
• develop sourcing and recruitment marketing plans
• build talent pipelines
• communicate with and prepare candidates
• review applications and conduct phone screens and skills-based evaluations
• manage interview documentation
• initiate and review background checks and references
• support offers with market and compensation guidance
• report recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
