What you'll do

• Represent the CWAC brand and provide customer service
• open and close childcare facilities
• supervise children and monitor safety
• support children’s hygiene and change diapers as needed or every 30 minutes
• greet parents and guardians and verify authorized pick-up
• monitor allergies and medical issues
• communicate concerns to parents and the Childcare Lead
• maintain a clean and sanitary environment and adequate supplies
• maintain child-to-caregiver ratios
• know emergency procedures
• attend required meetings.
