What you'll do

• Lead the Inflight Training & Standards departments and manage instructors, specialists, and inflight leaders
• build and improve initial, recurrent, requalification, and differences training
• own training policies and procedures
• oversee instructor assessments, content checks, safety debriefs, and corrective actions
• manage budget, structure, project costs, and scheduling
• coordinate CBT/eLearning development
• align training with FAA requirements and internal initiatives.
