Youth Program Leader — After-School

The Youth Program Leader role is onsite in Paso Robles, CA, and is part-time, Monday through Friday, for 20–28 hours per week. Pay is $18.50–$21.50 per hour. The role supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast mission of opening doors to opportunity for young people. The leader helps create a safe, welcoming after-school environment for groups of up to 20 children. Through activities, homework help, encouragement, and teamwork, the role supports young people’s learning, problem-solving, and positive development.

What you'll do

• Lead games, sports, art, STEM, and group activities
• help students with homework
• assist with activities and special events
• encourage children to try new things
• help young people solve problems and work together
• support coworkers in keeping programs organized
• provide encouragement and positive role modeling.
