Resident Concierge

The Resident Concierge role is onsite in Blacksburg, VA, at The Highlands at Huckleberry Ridge. Compensation is $24.75–$26.75 per hour. The role supports residents and guests while contributing to Park Properties’ residential community experience. The concierge provides front-of-house assistance, coordinates deliveries and service requests, shares local information, and supports building operations and security. The role also participates in marketing, sales, leasing, and renewal duties to help address resident needs and support the community’s operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome residents and guests
• provide directions and answer inquiries
• manage visitor access
• receive, sort, and deliver packages
• provide local recommendations and arrange general business services
• develop local service-provider contacts and maintain a community board
• keep the Park Advantage Program relevant
• coordinate maintenance requests and amenities
• monitor access points and report suspicious activity
• participate in marketing, sales, leasing, and renewal duties
• address resident concerns
• attend rotating weekend hours.
