What you'll do

• Prepare beverages and serve the bar and restaurant efficiently
• engage with guests about beverage needs and satisfaction
• explain menu drinks and standard offerings
• follow Bishop’s Lodge and Forbes standards
• support food and beverage sales through knowledge of drinks, specials, and prices
• enter orders in the Micros system
• prepare checks and collect payment or signatures
• clean and maintain bar equipment
• keep the bar stocked
• follow safe food-handling procedures.
