What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services
• supervise daily nursing activities
• collaborate with the Nursing Director on operations and emergency support
• coordinate care with medical requirements, physician directives, and care plans
• direct charge nurses
• adjust care plans with medical staff for emergencies
• ensure relief staff availability
• and notify personal physicians of significant changes in residents’ conditions.
