What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for ICF and ORC operations
• ensure regulatory and licensing compliance
• lead and mentor administrators and management teams
• develop policies and procedures for care, staff engagement, safety, and quality
• monitor performance metrics, audits, and quality indicators
• oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• liaise with regulatory agencies, families, and community partners
• lead training, retention, professional development, and organizational change initiatives.
