What you'll do

• Direct daily field execution
• develop and communicate daily and weekly work plans
• coordinate crews, subcontractors, operations personnel, and client representatives
• identify field conflicts
• monitor progress and take corrective action
• enforce safety requirements and Stop Work Authority
• track labor hours and installed quantities
• manage timekeeping, reports, quality, materials, tools, equipment, and workforce
• communicate risks and updates.
