What you'll do

• Draft discovery shells
• calendar deadlines and events
• e-file documents in state and federal courts
• prepare and organize pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, briefs, and trial materials
• maintain case files
• coordinate court appearances, depositions, mediations, client meetings, experts, and medical providers
• assist with trial exhibits, client intake, phones, and office coordination.
