What you'll do

• Watch over swimmers and remain alert and rescue-ready
• follow American Red Cross safety and emergency guidelines
• enforce pool rules professionally
• provide first aid or rescues when necessary
• check water chemistry
• inspect the pool area before and after shifts
• keep equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
