What you'll do

• Screen work orders and define scope
• analyze work requests and develop job plans
• estimate time and resources and schedule maintenance
• coordinate weekly plans and daily programs with operations and supervisors
• ensure parts, materials, and tools are requisitioned
• oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• track maintenance performance and reliability metrics
• coordinate shutdown and overhaul planning
• manage CMMS job plans and spare inventory
• work with contractors and vendors on assigned projects.
