UAM Field Technician 1, Utility Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Inspect and record utility infrastructure
• operate handheld computers, GPS units, cameras, and other field technology
• record observations
• coordinate access with property owners and agencies
• drive and maintain company vehicles, including ATVs
• navigate varied terrain and weather
• identify hazards
• review GIS data for integrity errors
• perform light infrastructure maintenance
• measure utility-pole heights
• maintain equipment
• report to supervisors
• and attend assigned training.
