Full Desk Recruiter

The Full Desk Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment process for Lydia Home Association and Safe Families for Children. This role supports hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring professional and positive experience for applicants, hiring managers, and employees. The recruiter will work closely with leadership and departme
