What you'll do

• Oversee daily therapy staffing and scheduling operations
• ensure timely staffing of physical, occupational, and speech therapy referrals
• monitor coverage and therapist availability
• develop scheduling workflows
• track operational metrics
• supervise, train, coach, and mentor scheduling and administrative staff
• serve as a primary contact for home health agency clients
• coordinate communication among therapists, agencies, and clients
• manage staffing requests and records
• use company software to track referrals and performance
• and provide reports and updates to leadership.

Why this role
