• serve as the onsite contact for temporary employees
• monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling
• issue PPE and reinforce site safety protocols
• support employee relations and performance feedback
• partner with clients on hiring needs
• maintain records and documentation
• share client updates and job requirements with the team.
