IT Specialist

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage first-level support tickets for hardware, software, and network issues
• respond to help desk requests
• configure hardware and software
• troubleshoot PCs, printers, and peripherals
• document support activity
• assist with Windows server and network maintenance
• support Microsoft Office, Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and Intune administration
• maintain network devices
• assist more than 100 users and support 300 devices and 40 printers.
