Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator role is onsite in Draper, UT, and pays $25–$27 per hour. The coordinator supports the employee experience and HR administration across The Plastics Clinic’s entities, whose HR mission is to care for the people who care for patients. The coordinator manages hiring and onboarding processes, employee records, status changes, routine employee questions, benefits and payroll support, and HR documentation. The role helps maintain accurate, confidential, compliant HR operations and a supportive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate new-hire paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, orientation, and first-day materials
• maintain HRIS records and personnel files
• post jobs and schedule interviews
• process employee status changes and offboarding
• answer routine benefits, PTO, payroll, and policy questions
• assist with open enrollment and payroll processing
• prepare HR documents and reports
• support events, training, recognition, and compliance tasks.
