What you'll do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations
• uphold service standards and hospitality expectations
• manage and coach hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
• engage guests and resolve issues
• oversee floor plans, table turns, reservations, and guest flow
• conduct pre-shifts, shift transitions, and follow-ups
• monitor service quality, speed, cleanliness, and presentation
• support scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance accountability
• ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies.
