The specialist manages routine employee relations matters and HR operations, helping managers and employees apply policies consistently while maintaining compliant employee lifecycle processes. The role also supports investigations, documentation, reporting, and process improvements, escalating complex or high-risk matters to HR Business Partners.

What you'll do

• Advise managers and employees on routine employee relations and policies
• coach managers on attendance, performance, conduct, and timekeeping
• prepare and retain corrective action documentation
• conduct routine workplace investigations
• partner with HR Business Partners on complex or sensitive matters
• support employee separations
• maintain employee records and compliance
• assist with policies and annual HR initiatives
• prepare HR reports and metrics
• improve HR workflows
• coordinate records for legal requests, audits, and inquiries.
