The Manager, Plant Maintenance - Recycling is an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the maintenance department to ensure plant equipment and facilities are maintained according to engineering standards. This role exists to develop and administer an organization qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition. The manager will execute an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime and coordinate maintenance activities to support operational goals.

What you'll do

• Manage preventive maintenance programs, develop maintenance staff, maintain operating equipment, coordinate with project engineers, oversee plant transportation equipment maintenance, and manage spare parts inventory.
