Facility Maintenance Technician

The Facility Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Fairhope, AL, with a 9/80 schedule that includes every other Friday off. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Inspect and respond to maintenance, electrical, and building issues
• schedule and oversee routine and special maintenance
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, air supply, and emergency power systems
• troubleshoot electrical equipment and PLCs
• conduct and document monthly safety walks
• support OSHA compliance
• identify and handle hazardous materials appropriately
• negotiate contractor bids
• prepare facility plans as needed
• maintain maintenance and safety spreadsheets
• work overtime as needed.
