Bilingual Team Lead — Production is an onsite, full-time role in McKenney, VA, paying $20.00 per hour. The schedule is either Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role supports the production team on the manufacturing floor. The Team Lead helps keep daily production safe and efficient by guiding employees, supporting equipment operation, and communicating instructions. The role also assists with production processes, basic equipment troubleshooting, employee training, and monitoring work quality and production expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead and support production-floor employees
• help maintain safe and efficient production
• operate and monitor equipment as needed
• assist with paper cutting and other production processes
• troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues
• train and assist employees
• monitor work quality
• communicate daily instructions and updates
• follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
