What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support in an MSP environment
• troubleshoot Aloha POS or similar restaurant platforms
• diagnose issues involving terminals, back-office systems, printers, payment devices, peripherals, and connectivity
• troubleshoot Windows, networking, hardware, and applications
• coordinate with users, internal teams, and vendors
• document procedures and solutions
• help develop POS training and knowledge-base materials.
