Group Leader – Before and After School Enrichment

The Group Leader – Before and After School Enrichment role is onsite in Grafton, MA, Monday through Friday from 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM; applicants must be available at least two afternoons per week. Compensation is not specified. Kidsborough provides a safe, engaging, and inclusive before- and after-school enrichment program for children. The Group Leader supervises school-age children and plans activities that support their academic, social, and physical development. The role helps maintain a safe, nurturing program environment while supporting daily operations and positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Supervise and engage groups of school-age children
• plan and lead age-appropriate enrichment activities

• follow Kidsborough policies and Massachusetts EEC regulations
• assist with attendance, transitions, and daily program operations.
