What you'll do

• Coordinate activities for newly contracted or purchased properties
• identify utility equipment and arrange property access and security
• open or transfer utility and vendor accounts
• meet vendors and utility workers onsite
• assist with demolition permit requirements
• coordinate punch-list completion and contractor work before or during occupancy
• coordinate post-occupancy repairs and improvements
• perform assigned construction-related tasks.
