The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — Home Care role is an onsite, per-diem position serving Franklin County, based in Saint Albans, VT. Compensation is $18.00–$25.20 per hour. VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region provides home health and hospice care to people of all ages.

What you'll do

• Carry out daily patient assignments under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist
• collect patient and family data and report findings
• perform directed care procedures and activities of daily living, including vital signs and ambulation or exercises
• communicate clinical information to patients, representatives, and home care staff
• serve as a Personal Care Attendant as needed.
