What you'll do

• Design, negotiate, and manage annual insurance renewals across multiple lines
• lead broker and carrier selection and competitive bids
• negotiate policy terms and pricing
• evaluate retention, deductibles, self-insured retentions, and captive strategies
• place surety bonds
• coordinate risk assessments and loss prevention
• oversee claims administration and post-loss reviews
• manage insurance budgets and cost reporting
• review insurance requirements in contracts
• support M&A due diligence
• liaise with brokers, carriers, regulators, and internal stakeholders
• present program strategy and risk updates to leadership.
