Floor Care Crew Leader

The Floor Care Crew Leader role is onsite in Hinesville, GA, with compensation of $21.36 per hour. By coordinating schedules, training staff, managing supplies and equipment, and enforcing safety practices, the crew leader helps maintain facility standards and a positive environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise floor care technicians
• develop daily schedules and assign tasks
• train crew members in floor care techniques, equipment use, and safety
• inspect floors and select cleaning methods and products
• manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• communicate with facility management and clients
• document work and report maintenance issues or hazards.
