What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast dishes, dressings, and happy-hour foods according to directions and hotel standards
• greet and engage guests
• maintain the breakfast buffet, evening reception, and kitchen areas
• keep areas clean and organized
• conduct food and kitchen supply inventory and order items as needed
• respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints to guest satisfaction.
