The Bioassay Scientist – Flow Cytometry role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $35–$41 per hour, based on education and related experience. The position supports an Analytical Development client team working on biologics, including cell and gene therapies.

What you'll do

• Design and execute bioanalytical assays, including flow cytometry, cell counting, dPCR/qPCR, ELISA, and cell-based bioassays
• perform routine in-process and lot-release testing
• optimize assay parameters
• support assay qualification and lifecycle management
• document experiments
• troubleshoot assays and instruments
• collaborate with development, research, and quality teams
• author technical documentation.
