This senior technical role builds and improves the evaluation methods and infrastructure used to validate the Waabi Driver in simulation, track, and public-road testing. It helps Evaluation, Systems & Safety, and Autonomy teams measure system performance reliably and connect simulation results with real-world driving outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design scalable autonomy-evaluation frameworks and statistically rigorous methods
• measure the performance, fidelity, and reliability of evaluation infrastructure
• conduct analyses, write production-quality evaluation code, and build tools and dashboards
• partner with Safety and Autonomy teams on automated reporting
• develop models relating simulation performance to real-world outcomes
• provide code reviews, methodological guidance, and data-science workflow best practices.
