What you'll do

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
• own financial accuracy, audits, and GAAP compliance
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and fixed assets
• manage Form 990, NAIS reporting, and audit deliverables
• serve as SME for PeopleSoft
• partner across HR/Finance on system integration and reporting
• oversee cash management and banking activities
• provide leadership across accounting and shared services.
